1/4 Certified Prime Angus Beef

This is USDA certified purebred Prime Angus beef. Much of the beef goes to restaurants and also sold to private parties.
 
*Beef is $3.90 per lb. hanging weight; you must pay vendor for processing. Processing averages $1 per lb.
 
**You will need to put $100 down to get on the list**
 
1/4 weighs approximately 225lbs. Adjustments will be made once hanging weight has been received from processing plant.
