This is USDA certified purebred Prime Angus beef. Much of the beef goes to restaurants and also sold to private parties.
 
*Beef is $4.35 per lb. hanging weight; you must pay vendor for processing. Processing averages $1 per lb.
 
**You will need to put $100 down to get on the list**
 
½ weighs approximately 450 lbs. Adjustments will be made once hanging weight has been received from processing plant.( Rates are bases on market pricing, please verify hanging weight cost prior to purchase
